I led workshops to define user scenarios and map content to specific audience needs as part of an engagement to help The International Development Innovation Network, led by MIT’s D-Lab, design their new website.

IDIN provides training and resources for innovators worldwide to create new processes and products that improve the lives of people in poverty.
