I advise students concentrating on interactive design in the Digital Media MPS program at Northeastern University. Students’ final projects begin with research and a proposal on a topic of interest that I approve or help them revise. In addition to helping students frame the project I provide guidance and support throughout. I help students adapt when new information or circumstances require a shift in focus, deliverables or schedule, and assess their work against rubrics in their proposal. I’ve advised over 35 students to date, including the following:

  • 2022, Shah, Sakshi, “Northeastern University Resources – Accessibility and Utilization of Resources Focused on Narrow Target Users.”

  • 2021, Talehata, Raissa, “Froot Mobile Application to Reduce Food Waste at Home.” Project selected for presentation at the NU RISE 2022 Research and Innovation Showcase and at the 2022 Boston User Experience Design Fair.
